As a UX Researcher my goal is to harness the transformative power of UX research to create products that not only meet user needs but also exceed their expectations, delivering experiences that are both intuitive and delightful.

With a Master of Science in Applied Psychology from the University of Southern California, I specialize in integrating qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to unveil deep user insights. My approach enhances design choices and strategic decision-making across various sectors including finance, tech startups, and global entertainment enterprises.

  • User Testing InReach's Mobile App and Desktop Website

    Usability testing the beta mobile application and desktop website of a tech non profit scale up with Local Community Reviewers (LCRs).

  • Global Entertainment Company Internal Desktop Website Re-Design

    Worked with previous user research to create data-driven mock ups of an internal technology website for global entertainment company employees. Performed A/B testing with mock ups.

  • Global Client Employee Engagement Survey a Statistical Analysis

    Designed a survey for a global corporate client to assess employee engagement. Performed a statistical analysis of 900+ data points collected and compared between group differences.

  • *UNDER CONSTRUCTION* Exploring Mobile Virtual Try On Technology In Retail

    Investigating the use of virtual try on technology in E-commerce with a case study on the Warby Parker Mobile App through a multi method qualitative approach including in-depth interviews and usability testing.
